How can I open a Casino Epic account?
Opening a Casino Epic account is quick and easy! Simply begin by selecting the “START PLAYING or “CONTINUE PLAYING” buttons.
The deposit page will appear and you will choose how much money you want to deposit.
You must select your own online bank from the list to confirm the deposit with your online banking ID. Just follow your bank's instructions to make a deposit.

Can I open more than one Casino Epic account?

Are there any withdrawal limits?
You have access to one free withdrawal per 72 hours. Should you want to make further withdrawals within this period, you must either wager another 10 Euro, or make another deposit.

There are no withdrawal fees with Casino Epic.
How long will my withdrawals take?
Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Once we have processed your withdrawal, the funds will be in your account within minutes.
Can I deposit or withdraw using someone else’s bank account?
No, we only accept transactions from the account holder registered with Casino Epic. No funds will be accepted from third parties and if such funds are identified, we will request a declaration of liability from the bank account holder. Once received and processed, these funds will be returned to the third party with any relevant fees deducted.

What is a deposit limit and how can I apply for it?
A ‘deposit limit’ is a tool which will limit the amount you are able to deposit into your account. This can help you to control your spending.
Deposit limits must be set for the following durations: 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month.
Please note that no funds will be accepted if the limit is reached.
In the case of increasing or revoking a deposit limit, it will take effect 72 hours after we have processed the change. In the event of decreasing a limit, it will take effect immediately after the change has been processed.
